The deep and impenetrable red color is framed by bright tinges typical of Montepulciano. Leather, smoke and truffle on the nose. Hefty and complex and structured in the mouth, plenty of dark fruits and with perfect tannins. Balance and harmony prevail.
It is a wine for the top-courses of Italian cuisine, made of roasted red-meat or full of aromas like braised meat. Excellent with wild game and well-aged cheese.
