According to Greek ancient traditions, Aión embodied the unbounded conception of time. Aiòn means living the life to the fullest. We aim that our clients feel this way, by welcoming them in the warm and cozy atmosphere of a restored eighteen-century farmhouse. During the summer, our guest can enjoy a special dinner on the terrace, while overlooking the gorgeous Conero’s views and the vineyards of the estate.

Cuisine is founded on the supreme quality of the ingredients, which are mainly produced within the estate. Both pasta and bread are homemade, as well as wine, olive oil, vegetables, truffle and courtyard animals. In addition to food authenticity, every course looks for its natural harmony thanks to a careful flavors’ research.

The menu changes during the year depending on the seasonal fruits of the earth. Guests can either order à la carte or choose a set meal to discover the aromas and the tastes that identify our lands.


Live Shows and Music

"Calici di Note", a music festival introduced in 1999, takes place both in the restaurant and, in the warmer time of the year, on the terrace. During these events, enjoyable music and good food are placed side by side. Several artists and bands performed during the years: stay tuned and don’t miss the next appointment!

Wedding and Events

The restaurant is perfect for weddings, parties and other events thanks to the different locations offered: two internal rooms, the large external terrace and, only on request, the underground spaces of the winery. Professionalism, an amazing location and a special atmosphere are the pillars that will ensure the perfect execution of every event.

AIA is a small pizzeria opened since June 2012. Nowadays, it opens from May to September and, as the name suggests, it is located in the old farmyard of the estate. Surrounded by the green hills of the Conero Natural Park, our guests can enjoy excellent food, live shows and live music.

The largest portion of the products which are used are produced directly in the estate, including the organic vegetables. We use only homemade flours to make pizza, while other specialties come from local producers of the Marche region.

The menu is intentionally basic, in order to highlight the authenticity of ingredients. The proposal includes pizza, side dishes and locally-sourced hamburgers whose meat comes from a strict selection of producers. Finally, before dinner, our offer comprises fresh squeezed cocktails, refreshing beers and enjoyable wines of our winery.
