Toast to life!
DRY AND INTRIGUING
Brut Rosè is a toast to lightness, to the poetry of our land, to the joie de vivre of a handful of wild currants picked in the woods on a late May afternoon. Floral, intriguing, it is perfect for celebrating important occasions and carefree evenings.
Freshness is Brut Rosè.
We age our Brut Rosè using the Charmat method for four months in an autoclave at +14°C. That’s why it is so pleasant and fruity, delicately acidulous and with a fine perlage, joyful and fresh like the waves on the Conero promontory.
HARVEST
Harvest Grapes harvested by hand at the end of August.

In excellent company.
The Brut Rosè Moroder makes baked king prawns, oysters and lobsters, spaghetti with clams and baked trout shine. But it is also perfect paired with chicken rolls and rabbit stews and with all the canapés you’ll want to serve at your next aperitif.

THIS IS HOW WE SAVOUR IT
We serve it chilled between +6° and +8°C in a flute glass, accompanied by a fillet of salmon in a crust.
