Intense ruby with notes of red fruits, this is our most classic interpretation of the centuries-old Rosso Conero. It combines deliciously with traditional dishes of the promontory.

Time for a classic.
FULL-BODIED AND INTENSE
Notte is the tradition of the Conero grape varieties served in a goblet. As impenetrable as the ring of the promontory’s woods, structured and harmonious, it tells stories of taste that come from afar, when the area’s gastronomy invented vincisgrassi and still paired them with truffles and sweetbreads.
The tradition is Rosso Conero.
Notte matures in the cellar for eighteen months in French oak barrels and at least three months in the bottle. But its history is lost in the mists of time: already in Pliny the Elder’s Naturalis Historia there is a story of a full-bodied red wine from Ancona, enhanced by the climate of the Adriatic Sea. This is how we bring it to life today: intense, fruity, a classic of the area to be proudly treasured.

100% Montepulciano.
In excellent company.
As velvety as a starry sky above a Conero forest, Rosso Conero is eager to be paired with wild boar sauces, but also with venison and hare. We are sure you won’t want to miss it with roast pork and lamb either, as well as alongside a steaming plate of tagliatelle al ragù.
