FINE AND DELICATE

The perfect balance between savouriness and alcohol content is the hallmark of Rosa di Montacuto, a rosé wine with a multifaceted, yet exquisitely balanced soul: fruity and at the same time slightly bitter, delicate and at the same time with structure, it contains all the strength and at the same time the grace of our terroir, from the soft hills to the rocks overlooking the sea.

The grace is Rosa di Montacuto.

Rosa di Montacuto is made from a must of Syrah and black Alicante grapes, half of which decant statically after rapid contact with the skins, giving it a soft powdery colour. The clarified must ferments at a controlled temperature, after which it is matured in steel tanks. The result is a balanced wine with a graceful colour reminiscent of the first cherries of the season growing wild on the Conero.
